Note on flowers and individual productions

According to Section 18 FAGG, the right of withdrawal can be excluded, among other things, for goods that perish quickly and for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications. The exclusion does not apply across the board to every flower product and must be clearly stated before purchase.
